August 15 is the deadline for requesting the official invitation from FENU. International participants registered after this date can easely get Russian tourist visas in 7-9 days without an official invitation from FENU: many international participants of DLI2005 Conference use this way. Some Russian Consulates provide emergency procedures taking 24h for issuing visas. To save money for emergency proceeding, please apply for tourist visas as soon as possible and request us for the details.

Registration Fee: US$270

The registration fee covers transportation to and from the Vladivostok airport, transportation between the hotel and conference venue, the conference reception, dinner, and refreshments, and the conference proceedings. Accomodations are not included in the registration fees. Payment may be made in cash upon arrival.

Registration fee for virtual participants via video-conference or the web is US$50 per participant. Online registration is not required for virtual participants. They may submit their theses with a comment on the technical details of their remote participation.

Hotel Room Rates: US$140 per night at Hyundai Hotel (official accommodation, special rate), US$50-75 at Vladivostok Hotel, US$50-140 at other hotels. Hotel reservations will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis.

FENU provides ground transportation from Hyundai Hotel and Vladivostok Hotel. All international participants will be met in Vladivostok airport by FENU representatives.
